Start of HFM?

Yesterday my 6mo got 2 what I thought we bug bites, 1 on his forehead, one on his face. He woke up fussy this morning so I gave him some ibuprofen assuming it was teething because he has a tooth coming in and he's had a small cold (his first time ever being sick poor guy) he woke up from his nap at noon and i noticed these bumps on his feet/ankles

then found more on the back of his hand

but I don't see anything in his mouth, it's also kind of hard because when I try to look inside he sticks his tongue out and closes his mouth. My older son never had it so I'm not sure exactly what it looks like. TIA!
