FOLLOWED WHILE WALKING!!!

I was walking around my (thought to be safe) neighborhood with my family and our dogs. Then a car kept circling around the street repeatedly maybe about 5 times. It was around 7:50pm and the sun was just going down. Then the last time the car went around the street it stopped RIGHT IN FRONT of us & just waited for us to come by so we went the other way. By this time it was dark out and the elementary school we were in front of is not well-lit & there was no one around. We didn’t have a car because we walked from our house which was not even a block away from the elementary school. The driver got bored that we didn’t come closer to the car and drove off into circling the street again. My family and I walked as fast we could back to our house and avoid encountering the car again. There is a ditch that’s has no light at all which we need to pass on our way to our house. We didn’t get the car’s license plate because we didn’t want to get closer to the car.

It’s very dangerous anywhere you are so be aware of your surroundings!
