I’m confused!!! (HELP)

So I just started high school and me n this boy who I used to talk to goes there and I’m like oh shiiiiiitttttt he got fineeeee!! So I try not to get too attached because I’m moving and there no point because nothing is gonna happen between us or so I thought...... he’s always touching me and being very playful so my dumbass started to get attached🤦🏾‍♀️ but then my friend told me tht he texted her trying to get with one of her friends so I’m confused😕 there’s a part of me that’s like people can like more than one person and another part of me is like stop trying😒

I just don’t know should I tell him that I like him or just move and believe we are just friends???
