Is it a toxic friendship and should I end it

So I have one of the best and worst friends she will do anything to make sure you feel better but she tried to tear me and my best friend apart. She turned us against each other. When she wants to do something you either have to provide things for her or make sure the other friend is invited. She also just got back with her ex boyfriend that she has talked so much crap about. I have also confronted her about what she does and how she needs to stop and she told my best friend to go with me. She also gets mad when I hang out with my other friends

I don’t know what to do and I’m so confused. Plz comment what you think I should do
