Hi anyone gotten pregnant from a SO who has one testicle?

My SO and i have been ttc for 3 years and nothing 🙄 But since we are poor and have no insurance neither him nor i have been able to go to the doc. To see why we have not been able to get preggo. And he never wants to talk about what happened or why he only has one testicle so any advice

P.S he is very healthy eats healthy and does not drink alcohol nor smoke or do any street drugs another problem might also be that I don't get off anymore because he also gets off and then doesn't care if I do ?!?! So I am left masturbating in the restroom 😪💁🏻idk I'm all kinds of 🤦🏻fd up
