I look pregnant 😳

Okay so to be clear. I'm not pregnant 😳

I got the IUD 6 months ago and have been having a lot of pain and bleeding problems but apparently everything is peachy according to my ultrasounds. Which yes everything does look fine but that doesn't change the fact I'm getting debilitating pain and on & off periods and spotting. I do have PCOS and endometriosis that was taken out about a year ago and I've had check ups to make sure none has come back. So now my stomach has bloated up to this size and hurting really bad and I'm not sure exactly what to do about it because I know if I go to hospital they will say nothing is wrong. 😩 the first photos is what my tummy looks like today and the second ones are what I looked like last week just so you can see the difference. Has anyone else experienced this or similar things?
