So upset

On August 13th I went to my first ultrasound sound and I measured 6 weeks with one sac. On the 23rd I measured 6 weeks with one sac and the fetal heart rate was 94. Today I went and measured 6 weeks and 1 day and I had two sacs with no heartbeat. We are waiting everything out, because on this ultrasound she found two sacs instead of 1 there’s no heartbeat but they took blood today and will take more on Friday and then I go for an ultrasound next week and to see her in two weeks! She said it can mean miscarriage and things can change! It’s okay to wait especially since I don’t have bleeding or anything. Anyone else ever had this happen??? was it a positive or negative outcome ???
