Blood In Stool?

Hey ladies. So a little tmi, but this morning, I had a large stool, it was easy to pass so I wasn’t constipated, but there was blood in it. I checked my anus and there was some blood so I’m not sure if I have a tear or if it’s something more. I’ve been super stressed lately so I don’t know if I have a stomach ulcer? I also had the same type of stool later tonight, dark and bloody (not black or super dark blood). I’m not sure if it’s the new soap I’ve been using which is peppermint Castile soap that’s affecting sensitive skin areas, if I have a tear, ulcer or worst case of scenario, colon cancer? If anyone has any experience with this, please respond!
