Bad Joke Gone Wrong

I'm not a funny person, but my husband is and I always feel bad that I don't have the same sense of humour. I think I've sent him one meme in our entire relationship that he genuinely laughed at.

Anyway, last night he wanted to watch something called "Married to a Paedophile". He said it came up as a suggestion or something. I know he watches a lot of porn. A LOT. I know he's got albums of porn pictures and stuff. Doesn't bother me. But my point is he watches a lot of porn.

So I made a joke, which in hindsight probably wasn't a gest idea, about how those suggestions are based on your general search history.

Well.

I've never seen him so angry. He took it that I accused him of watching kiddy porn. And I can fully see why and I apologised. I was just trying to make a joke about how he watches so much porn documentaries come up about it even. Again, I'm not a funny person.

The more I tried to explain the less he listened. Then I also got angry because he should also know me better than to think I'd ever accuse him of anything like that.

I just have to wait for it to blow over I guess.
