rape ?

what would you call it if some guy, who was 100% sober & whom i definitely did not want to have sex with , took advantage of my drunken state? My friend just told me that he doesn’t believe that it’s any form of rape & i just want to know someone else’s opinion. also it was very traumatic and i was depressed for a month after and this was the same friend that helped me through it
