I only can pick one thing

Because Im on a budget . So I can afford only 1 thing right now which is A car or an apartment, I need both but I can only have one .. because I work minimum wage right now , I live with parents, I go to college online. I know it’s my choice to pick which one but idk whats more important , I mean yeah I live free with my parents I only cook for them so I can live here as many years as I want but I want my own place already so and have my own life and not be judged by them or anyone. I’m 24 years old. I’m just stressed out because I want both things but can’t get both right now maybe next year 😰
