Why did you end?

Just curious here. Seems like I get the raised eyebrow because what I went through was mental verbal and emotional abuse ( this is just a summary of my reasons)... Everyone says that's an easy fix like if it was physical abuse or him cheating then that's a good enough reason to leave but my reasons are stupid?

Abuse is abuse. Just because it's not physical doesn't make it any less real. My ex-husband never lay a hand on me, but he would get verbally abusive and towards the end was even destroying my shit. I got out. So can you!

My husband, still legally married cause I can't locate him to serve him, was firstly verbally, emotionally and mentally abusive. It then escalated to physical abuse. I knew over the last year or so that things were about to explode and we would end up separated. And when he attacked me in front of our son when I had just been trying to get him to go lay down in the bedroom instead of on the couch that was when I kicked him out.

Your reasons aren't stupid.  That's still abuse.
My ex hubs is an alcoholic.
