Any tips on how to get swelling to go down?

Had them for 3 days now I take ibuprofen every morning and clean them and put ice on them and they are still swollen af.

It can take a week for the swelling to go down.  Ice it a few times throughout the day

Give it about a week, if it’s still an issue see if your piercer will give you studs until it heals, they will move around less and therefore be less likely to get irritates

its the cigarettes, they will make them infected, gargel with mouthwash too

Tbh, not smoking will help the healing process. Ice will help as well. Swish with clean water mixed with a little salt.
