Tattoo bumps?

Okay, so I got a cover up done on my arm, and after it healed, tiny bumps appeared on like one part of my wrist. They're are incredibly itchy and irritating. They're super small and kinda hard. What could it possibly Be? Help?

How long after the tattoo healed did they appear? I would check with the artist first, and see what they say, but this is an option to try if they don’t have an answer for you. 
Unsure if it’s the same thing, but I had probably 50 little bumps that looked almost like blisters that were incredibly itchy and sore..  all over a tattoo I got on my leg and only in that area I’d say 3-4 years after I got it (it healed fine). Rather than going back to the artist for help (since it was so long after) I went to the doctor thinking maybe it was cancerous or something from the sun, and they prescribed me with an anti fungal cream which made it way worst and more irritating... I took matters into my own hands and ended up finding an at home remedy which worked wonders!!! Every night for approx 5 nights, I soaked a makeup pad with raw apple cider vinegar, placed it on the tattoo and wrapped it up with a tensor bandage and slept with it on and took it off in the morning. Within days those bumps turned to scabs (which is when I stopped applying it) and from the scabs they healed and completely disappeared and haven’t come back, and it’s been over a year now! I had a few that were really bad so they took some colour out, but atleast they were gone! Here are some progress pics :)
