Saying goodbye to my midwife...

Wednesday is my last appointment with my midwife and I've been crying about it all week! My husband thinks I'm nuts lol

I know a lot of it is hormones (I'm 5 weeks postpartum) but I feel like part of it is the end of a chapter that I loved so much and part of it is losing her support. She is so good at making me feel confident in what I'm doing and I always leave her feeling good. After 6 weeks we move over from the midwife to our family Dr and I'm so sad about it!

I'm pretty sure I'm just going to cry through the entire appointment lol
