Settling down too early

My bf is 19 turning 20 soon and all the older men at his job make fun of him for wanting to grow & settle down with me 😭he works with 25+ yr olds he’s one of the youngest at his job. I don’t see anything wrong with wanting to settling down if u know what you want as long as you aren’t miserable or feeling like your life is being sucked up. They told him life is about fucking hoes for a while but my bf isn’t like that. I don’t want them to put nothing in his head but did anyone feel this way after settling down around 18-20
