Bumps on inner lips (TMI, close up picture of vagina below)

I've had sex with two people, One 2 years ago and another 4 months ago and I think I have a bacterial infection which I've never gotten before (which started last weekend around Sunday). My mom said I do and I showed her the picture(s) and she confirmed she believes I have a bacterial infection and that she's going to take me to the doctor tomorrow. I would still like to know what you guys think??
