Vaginal Irritation

So the other day my boyfriend and I were having sex and I guess we didn’t have enough lubricant because afterwards it was nothing but burning pain down there.

Its been 2 days and I took a mirror and checked and she looks a little inflamed and if I touch the area (perineum; the space between the rectum and vagina) it hurt immensely.

I’m wondering if there’s anything over-the-counter I could purchase to take or put on the area?
