Wet discharge 🤰

6 weeks pregnant and constantly having watery discharge leaking out. First couple of times I thought it was blood but when I rushed to the toilet all I saw was a water mark on my panty (it's colorless and odorless). It feels like I'm peeing or something. I have to change my panties multiple times a day. Whenever I'm out I keep looking to see if I've peed myself or I'm bleeding. Is this normal in early pregnancy?? It makes me very nervous to go out. Like I might have to start wearing pads because liners aren't enough.
