Upper lip line itchy and swollen

I’ve had this bf whenever I cry too much or something but yesterday I was drinking with friends and now my upper lip is swollen and itchy it’s more on Cupid’s bow. My mouth is itchy , my tongue hurts and my throat pain got worse ... I’m also taking flagyl from BV and totally forgot I wasn’t supposed to mix those two and I through up today I’m guessing it’s from drinking so much yesterday. I’m just wondering if this is an allergic reaction or something else
