Shooting back pains
So I’m not really sure how to describe this feeling.. but multiple times throughout the day I get a shooting pain in my lower back for about 20 seconds that creeps up to the front of my belly. What could this pain be? Sciatica, Braxton Hicks, back spasms maybe??
