Sun and babies
I took my one-month old baby for a couple walks in her solly wrap in direct sunlight at midday...both times for probably 15-30 minutes. I don't really remember exactly but they were no longer than 30 minutes. Parts of her head/face and legs were exposed.
Then I read that babies need to absolutely be kept out of direct sunlight before 6 months. She didn't get burnt or anything...do you think I've damaged my baby's skin? I'm worried about this and didn't realize I was doing anything harmful. I figured some vitamin D from the sun would be good for the two of us.
Has anyone else taken baby out for walks in direct sunlight while partially uncovered?
