Help!!Custody with domestic violence.

Okay so my husband and I have an 80/20 parenting plan with his ex. We have 80 because of her inconsistency among other things (failure to use a carseat, drug usage in front of him, having the child in a meth lab, changing Love in boyfriends every month, changing houses and states every three months) there's just a lot. Well she recemtly got into an abusive relationship and lets that guy hit her kids (a 1 year old in the head) because she doesnt like that kid it looks too much like its sperm donor (her words not mine) and he beat her really bad this last time and when she wenr to the hospital they didnt believe her bullshit I fell story because of the severity of her injuries and made her tell and press charges or cod would take her kids. So she told but not because ahe wanted to but because if she got these kids taken too then everyone would know she's a bad mom and its not us bullying her. It was so bad that the district attorney or whoever is trying to make her change her name bc he wont stop contacting her even with the restraining order and she refused so that he could still find her when he got out. She said all of that in person so I dont have proof of any of it but I know she said it to me! In worried sick for my child because we have to give him to her for her weekend coming up. We tried to get supervised visitation but as soon as out lawyer started talking in court she started crying and screaming and hitting herself saying we were bullying her and she's a dv victim amd she had to live in a shelter when she left him. They FORCED HER TO LEAVE HIM she DID NOT WILLINGLY leave. Anyways anyone know what we can do now? We are heartbroken.
