No need to head into triage

I’m having cramps on and off since yesterday evening and lost a good part of my plug today! I timed the “cramps” and they were 5-7min apart lasting 1.30-2min.

I waited a little longer to see what happens and the cramps came and went away all the time. Called triage and the nurse said unless I’m losing water or am bleeding there’s no need to head in! And since I’m a ftm these aren’t contractions... yeah, I’m just almost 38 weeks! 🤷🏽‍♀️ oh she was so rude..!
