Thin faint line?

So I had an abortion on the 9th of August (not something I wanted and totally regret it now) since then I’ve had sex but he has not come in me, they told me I was extremely fertile after an abortion, I had sex 4 weeks ago and I took a pregnancy test yesterday, I’m not sure if this means I’m pregnant now or its still from last time, I’m still bleeding but it’s brown spotting that’s lasted since I had the abortion... can anyone help me out and give me their opinion on if this is a new positive from a new pregnancy or my last pregnancy?
