Stressed
So today an incident occurred at work that completely sent me over the edge crying and shaking (I suffer from anxiety and depression) so I try my best to deal with it plus the medication my dr has me on. There’s a new guy (not that new been there for about 2 years) at my job and he’s completely changed the whole dynamic of our workplace. The way he talks to us ladies in the office is so rude and entitled it has caused 2 people to quit and now my dr wrote me a leave of absence for 2 weeks not to mention my blood pressure was 140/96 today (not okay). What are some suggestions to help me de-stress?
