BV or yeast infection? Please help!

About a year ago I had BV and took the perscribed medication and took care of it. I had a pap smear and std/sti test and everything came back good, 4 days later my vagina starts itching badly and discharge turns into white cottage cheesy like. I spoke to my doctor and she prescribed me fluconazole 150mg. I just took it 9/29 in the night time, now today my discharge is this ?????

Do I have BV? Please help I'm very frustrated

Sounds like she is already treating you... Finish the treatment... When I was in the Army, I had a positive BV test, and by the time I got the results and went back in, it had gone away on its own. The doctor told me it can clear up like that, on it’s own, and since our testing is so slow... That’s what happens with most military folks... I don’t recommend that, but I would trust your doctor. If you’re really worried about it, go in and get rechecked.

Ok if you are super itchy and irritated it is a yeast infection. The discharge you have can also be the infection coming out.
