Pregnant women deserve special treatment?

I found this on a Moms group on FB. Covered the moms name for privacy, but what do you ladies think?

Her entire argument is that because she is pregnant she should either be able to 1.) skip the line or 2.) have a special line designated for pregnant women

Personally I don’t get why we would need special treatment for a temporary situation we chose to put ourselves in and would think those with handicaps deserve their own line more than a pregnant woman.
