SIL doesn’t believe in vaccines.

She’s all “don’t get tdap!!! Don’t get the flu shot! Don’t get MMR! Don’t do it!!! Some vaccines have formaldehyde in them and that’ll kill you!!!” Uhhhhh ok it’s a trace amount of formaldehyde in a few vaccines, which is nothing and will have zero effect on anyone. And it’s only in certain vaccines from certain brands, not all brands have the same ingredients. Formaldehyde is naturally occurring in your body anyway, it’s naturally produced as a part of your metabolism! Wtf! So I said that and she goes “yeah oh yeah I know but, just, ugh idk. I just don’t believe in them! I just have a feeling.” She’s gonna be so offended when I tell her she can’t hold my baby but 🤷🏽‍♀️
