TTV after miscarriage

I miscarried on Monday at 5 weeks with no D&C. Everything came out that day went back on Wednesday for followup. Hcg levels decrease, no bleeding & no pain. We just found out a week ago. I wasn't emotionally invested because I was still processing what was going on. We didn't want to wait ttc to long. We did BD yesterday. No pain and everything is fine. Took a ov test and its positive. Pretty sure that has something to do with the pregnancy. Please don't feel sad for me. It was GOD'S plan and I'm moving forward. I just want to know your thoughts.

How fast does one get pregnant after a miscarriage? (DR said since levels are still high, it's a good chance before cycle start)

This will be our third and final baby.
