Has anyone used zoloft for anxiety during pregnancy?

I have bipolar and extremely bad anxiety. During my last pregnancy my doctor took me off all meds. However I feel the benefit for me outweighs the small risk. I was almost in a mania and my doc would not give me meds. During my 1st pregnancy I was 18 on one med after 1st trimester and was fine. My question is my OB asked if I'd try Zoloft has anyone taken it 2nd and 3rd trimester? I isolate when anxious because most people dont get it. I feel ready to talk about it tho my last pregnancy was hell.
