Worst flashback 😥 trigger *babies and hospitals*

So 2 years ago when my son was 5 days old I was up late with him. He didn't want to eat and to me his body temperature was not as snuggly warm as he should have been.. he didn't want to wake up and when he did he would fuss and go back to sleep..

I called my husband and we took him to the children's hospital here in Charlotte... he was immediately rushed back, a whole team of people worked on him. He was put on a warming bed and they tried 22 times to get a vein for blood draw... he also needed a spinal tap and was csthed for a pee sample.. they had to run every test there was.. he stopped crying after the 5th time they poked him.. I never felt so helpless in my life..

Everything came back normal but slight jaundice... he was given antibiotics and fluids for 72 hours.. they got him to finally hold his temp..

I had lost a baby a year before at 22 weeks due to IC..

Idk what triggered this but my heart has that panicky feeling :( he's 2 and fine and healthy but wow that was hard.. I have thst feeling after you wake up after a bad dream.. :(
