So I’ve lived my entire life overweight and honestly I love my body but I recently took a blood test and it came out that if I wanted to become thin(ner) I should take some pills and whatever so basically it’s not that hard to lose my weight and my mom and my family are kinda pressuring me from far to lose my weight but I just recently started to love my thighs and belly and everything and you know how they say something about learn to appreciate something you have now because soon enough you’ll miss it or something by that thought and I’m scared of losing myself in the process and idk what to do ... help ?
