‘Morning’ sickness
Hey guys.
I feel so useless and lazy 24/7 I’m always feeling so sick and nauseous but also super tired. I can’t go a day without have a good couple hours napping!
Anyone got any tips to help with the sickness so I can get out and do more?
I’ve been drinking fresh ginger and lemon in hot water...

Tbh I feel sick looking at food online when doing food shopping at times!
