Fast Weight a Loss For 12 Year Old Female?
So I already cut out sodas, most sweets, most juices, most processed foods, and sugar from my diet. I drink water, green tea, and lemon water everyday. I went on a boiled egg diet in the Summer and shed 20 pounds successfully! I’m trying to find a more effective way to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. I eat a lot of salmon, eggs, and other proteins.
I’m 12 and I am about 5”0 tall. I weigh 140 lbs and it’s mostly fat and my doctor told me I’m overweight. My mom also told me I was on the verge of diabetes when I was little. I’m trying to make a change now so I don’t have to suffer from the consequences in the near future.
(Btw I usually dance to Kpop for 30 minutes as cardio.)
