Deployment makes everything go wrong

What they say is true, “Anything and everything that could go wrong, will go wrong while your spouse is deployed. “

They said that at our pre-deployment meeting and I thought surely it won’t be that bad. I could handle it. Well let me tell you, we are 3 months in to a 11 month (total) deployment and I’m struggling.

I’ve had multiple car issues, multiple things go wrong in our house we just purchased last year, days of crying in the floor with our son who’s only 6 months because he’s sick with a stomach virus, me also getting sick and crying again, missing work and being stressed out, dealing with financial issues, dealing with tricare issues, dealing with illness on my spouses side of the family, multiple hospital visits, and on top of everything i just lost my grandmother a few days ago. I’m wondering how much more I can take. I hope things start to look up from here. I really do.
