Almost 10oz! In one session!!

The orange bottle is from the breast I last fed from, I alternate because if I don’t I’ll get engorged. I never had an abundance of milk with my boys. I don’t have an overload in my freezer maybe about 180 oz? Then I usually always have about 60-70 fresh in my refrigerator , I only pump once or twice a day as per instructed by lactation consultant, the only exception is the days I have work, I teach and pump once in the middle of the day . I nurse when I am home with her , she gets bottles when I am at work and sometimes my husband will feed her one when he has been gone at work all day. The lactation consultant gave me great advice and I have been able to maintain my supply!
