Can I switch back to breast?

My baby girl is 4 weeks old and from the time she was about 1 week old I have exclusively pumped and bottle fed. Her mouth was to small to get a good latch and she lost a lot weight because of it. She also had a bad case of jaundice and couldn't stay awake to feed.

Her jaundice is gone and her mouth is good and wide now so my question is, could I switch her back to feeding from the breast? Sometimes when I'm holding her she still "roots" and tries to find the nipple.
