Is this good for post Partum Depression?

What are some medications you guys used? I want a low dosage of medication , 
Is this a good OTC? Anybody know?

UPDATE: I BEAT PPD’s ASS AND I LOVE MY BABY BOY TO PIECES! IM STILL ON 100 MG’s of Sertraline and life is beautiful!!!! I thank God for helping me! 🙏🏻❤️that was the worst time in my life

I was scared out of taking natural supplements by many doctors and pharmacies. They kept emphasizing that you don’t know what really goes in supplements because they are unregulated and for all you know it’s Dry wall. 
One pharmacy even pointed to the vitamin shoppe across the street when she said that. I was a new mom and didn’t want to take that risk with breastfeeding and all. So I reluctantly took Zoloft. It helped for sure but now I’m worried a year later if my body will be ok going off it and trying the natural route. It definitely is also scary using anti-depressants, but in the beginning especially I didn’t want to take any chances to get better for myself and my baby.

My doctors gave me a bunch of pp medication- a new type of multivitamin, special belly wrap band and ointment, etc. I’d wait and see what they give you first honestly

It worked for me after only taking one I felt like I was floating in a good way and I feel so much better, less depressed and anxious I also have one that start with a (T)I have to look up the name but it does work . Also B-Complex I take them as needed (when I’m stressed) .
