I’m really confused on how to lose my belly fat. Some people are saying to do sit ups and to strengthen your abs and others are saying cardio. I’m not sure what to do, I’ve been trying to get rid of my tummy for a while but nothing is really working. I know I won’t be seeing immediate results but I don’t feel any different. I’m not really that experienced with losing weight either, but I want to start having a better lifestyle.
