What do I do.... ttc#1

So I’m over a week late took a test again today and it was negative. I’ve had twinges in my abdomen this week but no period and typically shouldn’t be this late. I don’t know what to do, I got my hopes up so high again and feel so sad and unsure what to do next. Do I just wait or go to the doctor or...? I’ve read some women can’t register on pregnancy tests so is there still a chance or what? I don’t wanna wait another month because my period isn’t coming...
