Help!!

So I’m 4 days before I start my period. About 9 days before my period my nipples started hurting. They are sore and just tender. My boobs don’t hurt tho. They just feel heavy. I got a slight slight positive on a 88 cent test but it showed after the wait window. (Could be evap line) anyways.. this morning I had a lot of cm. Do you think it’s normal to have this before o start or is it normal to have for pregnancy?
