Plan b

I took a plan b pill last month due to accidentally missing a birth control pill, my period came at the usual time but was much longer (two weeks), my period was originally meant to come yesterday on Saturday however it was a week early and quite light. Is this due to the plan b pill? I’m also on my 4th month of progestin only pills so could could the fact that my body likely hasn’t adjusted to them yet + the plan b pill make my period come earlier?
