So I would appreciate some advice on here! I just started dating a new guy and haven’t had sec in almost 2 years. We have sex frequently and only use a condom when he is about to come. Recently my stomach has been feeling super weird, I don’t know if it’s from possible gas from being constipated (i’m never constipated by the way, i’ve always been very regular which is another thing that’s been off with me). Or from my period that is supposed to start in a week. 
I’m just wondering if i could be pregnant because i’ve never felt this kind of pain in my stomach with cramps. It feels different than a period cramp. I know the only way to know I am pregnant is missing my period and taking a pregnancy test, but if anyone has some knowledge on these weird cramps feel free to let me know!

If you only use a condom when he’s about to come then yes you could definitely be pregnant. Cramping can be both pms and period symptoms

You can get a pregnancy test that shows early results. If you’re only a week away from your period, I’d say give it a try. Usually they’re under $10. Test in the morning (when your HCG levels will be highest if you actually are pregnant), but I don’t think anything abdominal would start at 3 weeks. You can also take a stool softener/laxative if it turns out you’re not pregnant to help with the constipation. Prune juice if it comes back positive. Then I’d go see a doctor to get either a blood test or an ultrasound. An ultra sound is the only way to confirm a pregnancy for sure.

I feel the exact same way 5 days before I get my period . I feel pressure in my stomach ( which is sometimes painful),
Kinda like there’s lots of gas there. I don’t always get constipated but when I get the stomach pain , constipation usually comes with it . 
But when I felt the same pain you’re talking about I thought I was pregnant because my period was 5 days late 😂😭, I got my period tho so all good 🤷🏻‍♀️. 
Look for other symptoms of pregnancy too, like tender breasts, morning sickness, fatigue, unusual emotional changes and possibly even implantation spotting.
