Feeling a cut inside me after birth

I'm 10 days pp and I was told I didn't tear or anything in that nature with the birth, anyways 4 days after I was home and when I got up to pee one morning it literally felt like I had a cut on the left side of inside my vagina and when I pee it hurts like HELL. Legit like ur putting lemon juice on a paper cut but inside my vagina lol. So the only ease I get while peeing is if I lean all the way over touching my toes with my butt on the toilet but when I sit up it stings smh. My Dr said she can't get me in til the 16th but it hurts 😭😭 I haven't had sex. But when I did give birth I did have a catheter if that makes a difference. Idk ladies help me cause im scared to even pee due to pain lol. And dermablast don't help me 😐😐
