Our first night in our new home and guess what happened?! *UPDATE*

After getting out of the military and FINALLY settling down, we bought our house!! After growing up really poor and not having anything that was our own I never thought this would happen. I have the best husband in the world.

Funny story we were moving stuff in and me being dumb left my purse, keys, phone, wallet and everything in the house; apparently the door to the garage locks itself from the outside (good to know) and we locked ourselves out.

After freaking out because the cat was inside and our car keys were in there too and we have no way in or out, my husband had a brilliant idea. You can get in the attic from the den and the garage. So we climbed in the attic from the garage and jumped into the den to let us in!

Don’t worry we locked the attic back so we’re safe. But that’s how our first night in our new home went! 😂 this always happens when we move into a new place something crazy!

Update: the next 2 nights were fine with no problems. Tonight we come home and the whole town is without power 😂😂😂 Praise the Lord the previous owners had a generator here 😂😂😂 this just keeps getting better.
