If you lost your engagement ring months ago, what would you do?

My engagement ring has been lost several months now after a stone falling out- setting it aside and misplacing it all together 🤦🏼‍♀️ I ended up getting a cheaper version which isn’t horrible BUT it’s not as special. I’ve been looking at other rings but a totally different style from the original because I keep comparing back to it. What would you do?

Eh. None of it is going to be special because your man didn't get it for you. Chalk it up as a loss and wait for a wedding ring. And don't lose that one. Haha.

I would probably rip my house apart looking for it lol I mean it’s gotta be there somewhere 😂 I lose things a lot and that’s typically the end result for me

Just get something cheap and silly, you are going to replace it with a wedding band anyway. Buying it for yourself could take a lot of the “special” out of it in my opinion. And like I’ve seen a few other people say, as soon as you stop looking for it, it will find you

If you have the stone you could get it set in a similar ring style. I would also be tearing my house apart to find it but then again I believe in that saying "once you stop looking you will find it", even if it takes a while it will pop up somewhere.
