Should I be testing twice a day?

Question

So the last three days I've been testing for ovulation only once a day and also monitoring CM. I'm on CD13.
This morning I tested and got a blank (using the Clearblue Digital). I started getting the EWCM and am thinking I should start testing in the evening as well until I get a positive?
First month on Chlomid so don't want to miss my peak!!

I’ve read if you’re only going to do it once a day it’s best to test in the afternoon.

If you have never used opks, it might be helpful to do it twice a day to get a baseline for your ovulation pattern. It doesnt seem to be necessary for me to do it twice a day because I start having frequent sex at the beginning of my fertile period and then more so around ovulation time... and my opks gr increasingly darker during that time until they're positive for 2 days in a row. I can usually tell it is going to be positive the next day when it is nearly as dark as the control line. Some people have quicker surges and they miss them apparently.
