White spots and really sore nipples

Lately I’ve had a lot more bumps on my nipples and these little Whitehead looking things on them I’m not pregnant or at least not very far along if I am. I miscarried a little while ago but I haven’t gotten my period yet. I hadn’t even found an obgyn when I had miscarried and the doctor at the hospital didn’t tell me anything. We weren’t actively trying to have a baby so we hadn’t had any help getting pregnant. When I was pregnant I didn’t have the white spots (that I noticed but I wasn’t really looking) however right now my boobs are crazy sore and really heavy to the point where I was laying on my side and I had to hold them up so they wouldn’t hurt. This is has never happened to me during a period or a pregnancy or anything. Anyone experienced this? I know it’s possible I could be pregnant cause we haven’t used any protection and I have some of my pregnancy symptoms back plus I have a weird feeling I guess and last time it’s almost like I could sense that I was both pregnant and had lost the baby before knowing anything.
