Reading and not understanding

I hate when I read something.. and I don't even understand wtf anything means.. it makes me feel so stupid..example.. insurance stuff or stuff like that.. it makes me feel like a little kid or that..as bad as it sounds.. idk how else to explain it but that I should be on state assistance for help understanding anything.. then it makes me feel like i'm the one to blame for why my kid don't understand school stuff😣😣😣😣
